Parents and students,
I have three announcements for you! I will specify in the announcement who it is applicable for.
Announcement #1: State Competitor Training
Applicable To: Texas State Championships Competitors Only
State competitors may attend demonstration team training for today (3/8/24) from 8:00-9:00PM and tomorrow (3/9/24) from 12:15-4:00PM for additional practice.
There will be training next week that will take place in the morning that is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for state competitors. This training is only open to state competitors. I will be hosting this training to prepare students for the tournament. This rigorous training will be provided to state competitors at no additional cost. Please see the training plan below. If you plan on attending these training sessions, do not be late. Additionally, your full uniform and tournament belt must be worn. Sparring competitors must bring and wear their FULL (mouthpiece + cup) set of sparring gear.

Announcement #2: Mrs. Nina’s Birthday!
Applicable To: Everyone
Mrs. Nina’s birthday is approaching! Her birthday is on Monday, March 11th. Please show your love, support, and appreciation for Mrs. Nina on this day. She has given so much to this school and has been an inspiration and role model for me and lots of others. If she has made a difference in you or your kid’s life, no matter how small, let her know! This school would not be what it is today without the structure and discipline she has helped provide it!
Announcement #3: State Championships Closings
Applicable To: Everyone
We will be closed on Friday, March 15th and Saturday, March 16th due to the 2024 Texas State Championships. Our school will return to its normal schedule on Monday, March 18th.
