2024 USATKD National Championships
Parents and Students,
If you are eligible and interested in competing in the 2024 USATKD National Championships, please read all of the information below.
DATE: Thursday, July 4th - Sunday, July 7th
LOCATION: Fort Worth Convention Center & Arena 1201 Houston Street Ft. Worth, Texas 76102
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday, June 13th at 11:59 PM MST (Friday, June 14th at 12:59 AM CST)
Please do not wait until the last minute. I would like to begin individually training competitors as soon as possible.
EVENTS: Poomsae or Sparring. We will not be participating in boardbreaking.

Eligible competitors should have received an invitation email inviting them to register for the upcoming National Championships.
Training will be offered to students that are competing in the championships. However, I will need collect and check over certain items before training competitors.
I will need to see:
Proof of registration for the tournament (parents, do not forget your spectator tickets!)
A quick check of the Sport80 profile to ensure the student has entered as the correct belt/rank
I will need to collect the following information: (PARENTS, please know this information for your competitor!)
Name of competitor
Competitor events
Which days you are competing on (see image at bottom)
Competitor gender, age division, rank, and weight (sparring)
Parent phone number and/or I will need to ensure you are on the Remind (to communicate training hours)
Additional Requirements:
Students must pay the coaching fee to the front office in order to be trained. The coaching fee is $150.00 per person.
I will help parents/competitors register if you require assistance. I will be helping with registration daily, after all classes are over. Please come see me at the front office after the conclusion of all classes on whichever day you like, and I can assist you in registering. You may also use this time to show your registration and profile. I will also collect important information and coach fees during these times.

Below is the approximate cost for a single competitor to compete in a single event in the 2024 National Championships, not including accomodations.
$190.00 (entry fee - required | PAID TO USATKD) + $29.00 (for one event | PAID TO USATKD) + $150.00 (coach fee | PAID TO US)
= $369.00
